I am often asked - why Lance and Grail? What does that mean?
It means life - and the creative polarity that spawns it. Nothing in the Universe exists without it's opposite - and it is that constant oppositional force that creates US - and makes each one unique.

And I make sure my designs reflect that uniqueness.

I use all sterling, 14k and 12k gold-filled wire and chain(14k solid wire in custom orders only), precious and semi-precious stones and 49 strand premium Accu-flex or Beadalon wire and Wildfire thread unless otherwise noted in the description.

Payment

I request the order be paid within 1 day of placing it as I pride myself on a fast shipping time. However, if you must, you may delay up to three days (72 hours) - at that point the sale will be cancelled if no payment has been received.

Layaway is also available with a 20 percent downpayment of the total bill and 20 percent payments every two weeks until paid. Once the order is paid in full it will be shipped within one business day. ***PLEASE NOTE**** However, should you change your mind, there is a 15 percent restocking fee that will be deducted from all payments made. If you stop making payments and have not contacted me within 1 week of your last payment, the sale will be cancelled and all payments will be forfeit.

Shipping

On any order over 35.00 insured first class shipping is free.

International orders are an additional 5.95 over domestic shipping, whether it is free or not.

If the order is under 35.00 see each item for shipping costs.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping to Priority, Airmail or express, please contact me so that I may invoice you the additional charge. You will be charged ONLY for what the carrier charges me in the case of upgrades.

Refunds and Exchanges

I know how hard buying over the internet can be - and I want you to feel confident in your purchase! Therefore, all of my pieces are guaranteed.

*updated as of 11/29/2009* If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, notify and return to me within 14 days of receipt and I will give a full refund minus shipping and handling - however, you must send them back to me INSURED and trackable as I send them to you! *when notifying me of the return please include the tracking information*

I will not be responsible for loss if you return it any other way or past the day specified! If you decide AFTER the 14 day period to return it, I will allow you to do so up to 4 weeks after receipt but for store credit only. Either way, I must receive it in the same condition it was sent to you in.


Please also keep in mind that photos and colors vary depending upon your monitor and measurements are approximate.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders require a 50 percent non-refundable materials deposit.

A wholesale price list is available upon request, however, I will not do consignment with anyone over the internet. Shops in the general Las Vegas area are more than welcome to contact me for a meeting.

Also *new as of 12/09/2008* I will also accept layaway! Terms are as follows.
20 percent of the total down, 20 percent due weekly until paid. The first 15 percent is non-refundable in the event you wish to cancel the transaction and if you are more than 7 calendar days late on a payment all payments are forfeit.

***What is Gold Filled?

It has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It has far more gold than the few microns coating of gold in gold plate, a hundred or more times the amount of gold, actually. Under normal wear with reasonable care that you would give any precious metal jewelry, 14KGF/12KGF jewelry will not peel, flake, or wear off and can be treasured as heirloom pieces. It is tarnish-resistant like solid 14 or 12 karat gold and is safe for most people with sensitive skin who can wear solid 14 or 12k karat gold jewelry. Caring for Gold Filled jewelry is as easy as caring for other precious metal jewelry, too. So all in all, gold filled jewelry is a long lasting, economical way to enjoy the luster of gold without the big price tag while still being considered 'fine' jewelry, which is not the case in gold plated.
