Welcome

My name is Sarah Norris, and I am the sole proprietor of piHole Designs. I live in Frederick, Maryland, with my husband, my five-year-old son and my ten-year-old beagle/coonhound mix. By day, I solve the riddles of infectious diseases as a biostatistician. By night, weekend, and the occasional day off, I make fun, funky jewelry out of resin, clay, wire, and odd things I find. “A little odd, a lot of fun” describes both me and my jewelry. I have an offbeat sense of humor, love math & science, read too much, and surround myself with designs of the 50’s and 60’s. I’ve made jewelry off and on my whole life, but I started pouring resin just over a year ago and found it hopelessly addictive. I hope you enjoy my jewelry. Thanks for stopping by.

GIVING BACK:
A portion of all sales will be donated to Heartly House (http://www.heartlyhouse.org) which provides comprehensive services for victims and survivors of domestic violence, rape/sexual assault and child abuse.

Payment

TAX:
Maryland buyers, please note that I must charge 6% sales tax on all purchases shipped to MD addresses. PayPal will automatically add the tax when you pay for purchase.

PAYING BY PAYPAL:
Orders paid via PayPal must be submitted in full within 48 hours of purchasing. Orders not paid for within this time will unfortunately be cancelled.

PAYING BY MONEY ORDER:
Etsy policy allows for 7 days in which a money order must arrive for a transaction to be fulfilled. If sending a money order please inform me of the date it was sent on. Some allowances will be made for Post Office holidays, as well as busier seasons. However, money order payments not received in full within 14 days AND without any communication will cause your transaction to be cancelled.

Shipping

SHIPPING:
All items arrive prettily boxed (in boxes made in the USA from recycled paper) and ready for gift giving.
I offer FREE worldwide first-class shipping including insurance. If you would prefer to pay an additional amount for priority mail for your items, please convo me and I will send you a revised invoice to cover the additional cost.
If you live in the Frederick area and would prefer to pick up you item, please convo me so we can arrange it.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS & REPAIRS:
I want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied, please email me immediately and I will do my best to work with you. Items (other than custom orders) may be returned in new condition within 14 days for a refund, minus shipping charges. If anything breaks, I will happily fix it free of charge within 60 days of purchase.
