Thanks for stopping by Oh Dear!

I like the process of creating, finding new uses for recycling/upcycling materials, making cute and sweet things, and using new methods and mediums to create an aesthetic.

Payment

If you need to use an alternative form of payment (i.e. not paypal) convo (see where it says "Contact ohdear"?) me and we can talk (it will take longer but it's possible)!

Shipping

I ship first class, within a week of receiving the order (sorry, I am a busy student/library worker/activist!)

Refunds and Exchanges

I give a two month WARRANTY on everything, so if stitches start to unravel or something (though they shouldn't, I'm pretty careful about stuff like that!), let me know and send it back and I'll fix it! Also if you get something and it doesn't fit, let me know within two weeks of receiving the package and send it back and I'll refund your money.

I love Alchemy! Or, you can convo me about TRADES and CUSTOM ORDERS! I love trades. For custom work, I can appliqué a design you've seen in the shop on an article of your clothing. We can talk about the design, colors, size, etc of the applique. Of course I can do other custom orders too, like crochet and buttons.

Also, on the off chance that you are joining etsy to buy from my shop please mention "ohdear" in the REFERRAL spot when signing up for etsy.
