Hi and welcome to KuddleBugzThreadz! KuddleBugzThreadz was a vision of mine, Toni, after my twins were born. I wanted to be able to contribute to the family income, but still be able to stay at home with our children. It wasn't until 9 months later when my vision was put into action. KuddleBugzThreadz became a reality for me in September of 2007. I firmly believe that I have the best of both worlds...being able to do something I love while getting paid, and staying home with the loves of my life! I pride myself on using the finest materials in making my products! Also, all my items are user friendly and safe!

Payment

I accept the following methods of payment:
Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and KuddleBugzThreadz Gift Certificates.

To pay with a KuddleBugzThreadz Gift Certificate please select "Other" for payment. I will then contact you to redeem the gift certificate and issue an invoice for the remaining balance, if necessary.

Payment is due 3 days after purchase! All items will be shipped once payment is received and has been cleared.

If a purchase needs to be cancelled please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours you will not be able to cancel.

Shipping

Items shipped within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Some items will be shipped via Flat Rate Priority. U.S. orders have to option of being shipped via First Class Mail. Please contact me prior to checkout to have to shipping adjusted.

International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Buyer is responsible to any Customs Fees.

Insurance is extra. If you wish to purchase insurance on your items please contact me. I am not responsible for damages or loss once items are shipped.

Priority mail should arrive within 3-5 days. First class may take 2 weeks or more. If you need your items sooner please contact me to upgrade the shipping and adjust the price accordingly prior to completing the transaction.

Please note that all shipping costs are shipping and handling!


Items are shipped everyday once payment has been cleared!
Please allow 5-7 days for custom or made-to-order purchases to be shipped. If I am specail ordering fabric for you I will contact you to let you know how long before your item will ship.

Is this a "Gift" I am happy to send your purchase to anyone! Please just contact me the the receipients address. Items will be gift wrapped in tissue paper and tied with a ribbon with an attached mini card!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please insure that you select the correct size when ordering! Refunds and Exchanges are only items that are defected due to craftmanship. I am not responsible to items that are lost or damaged once in the mail, so please consider purchasing insurance. Please contact me prior to sending your purchase to me. Shipping costs are not refunded and thus your responsiblity.

Buyer has 48 hours from date of receiving the items to contact me about a refund or exchange. Custom orders are only eligible for exchange.

Special circumstances...If you order an item for a baby gift and say you bought for a boy but the baby is a girl, I am happy to exhange your item! Not little boy should have a pink blankie!

If you are unsure of which size to order, please contact me on how to measure your child. I am more than happy to help ensure you receive the correct size.
