Payment

We accept Paypal or money order payments. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us if you need to make other arrangements.

Please remember that all of our items are custom made and unavailable for cancellation.

Shipping

SALE SHIPPING....Custom orders will ship within approx. 2-3 weeks. If noted as ready to ship please allow 3 days for shipping.

We prefer to ship via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for items lost in shipping. Insurance is optional, again we are not responsible for lost items after they have been shipped.
All items are shipped to your paypal address, please make sure it is correct.

Refunds and Exchanges

We guarantee all of our clothing! If there is a problem with your item(s) please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We want you to be satisfied! Store credit will be issued on items returned to Georgia Grace Designs. You must contact us prior to returning the item.

No returns or refunds on electronic PDF patterns.
