Welcome to my art shop, I am pleasant that you are buying my paintings and illustrations.

Please be sure to read the below stated info BEFORE purchase.

Payment

- Prices in US Dollars.

- Pay with Paypal

- Please pay, and be sure that you have completed the payment process. If it hasn´t been completed within 3 days, the transaction will be canceled and the item relisted for sale.

Shipping

- Items will be shipped within 4 business days after payment has been received.

- Items are sent by certified mail. Let me know if you´d like your package to be sent by other delivery options, new delivery cost must be add to purchase.

- If your Etsy mailing address (provided during checkout) doesn't match your PayPal mailing address, your items will be shipped to the Etsy one.

- International buyers, please allow 10-15 days for delivery.

- International buyers, you may be charged with customs
fees/taxes when items arrive. If so, I won't be responsible for those fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

- If you´re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let me know within 4 days of receipt of the items.

- I will gladly refund the sale price (minus shipping price).

- In order to refund your money, items must first be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were upon receipt. Dirty, used or damaged items won´t be accepted.

- Please make sure returning items are well packaged, as I won´t be able to refund your money if they arrive damaged.

- Return shipping fees will be at your own cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

- All items will be nicely wrapped and sent in bubble envelopes or bubble wrap to prevent damage.
