At Blue Hands Fibers, I'm all about color. My thought is that when colors sing together, they're beautiful and they transpose onto you.

Payment

At this time, paypal is accepted form of payment. Reserved listing will be held for 7 days. After the 7th day, a notice will be sent via conversation and or email with a deadline to purchase by. No hard feelings, but item will be relisted for sale. All purchases must be completed with payment within three days of purchase. On the third day, a notice will be sent via conversation and or email with a deadline to purchase by, a non payment will be requested from etsy, however, I will not list negative feedback for this as I understand, "Life happens".

Shipping

Shipping is via first class post for domestic, Air Mail for international. If you would like additional services, insurance, please indicate so in notes to seller prior to payment so that I may send an adjusted invoice via paypal. If you would like to request priority or express, please put, "Send Priority" or "Send Express" in notes to seller and I will send an adjusted invoice. All orders over 60.00 will be given free shipping, which will be adjusted after payment has been received.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds before items are shipped will be given minus any fees incurred. Refunds after shipping will be allowed, thirty days from reciept for unused merchandise. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me prior to leaving feedback, I will always try to make you happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are happily accepted and will vary in times and prices depending on work required, level of difficulty, and materials used. Please send me a conversation. All custom orders will require payment in full prior to job and will not be elligible for a refund unless otherwise noted.
