Payment

Time limit on payment of purchases is 3 days. I am willing to cancel purchases in this three day payment period if you change your mind. I will contact buyer once after this time has elapsed.
Failure to pay or contact me within three days will result in negative feedback!

I only accept paypal for international buyer but will accept personal checks or postal orders from UK buyers if I am contacted prior to purchase.

Shipping

I will always attempt to ship within 24 hours of payment clearing (Sorry Sundays not included). If unable to do so I will notify immediately of any delay!

If buying Multiple items from my shop, highest postage will be charged with all additional items being sent $0.50 regardless of size.

All items sent 1st class post, or airmail to overseas buyers.
If you total order exceeds $70 then items will be sent special delivery at no additional cost.

I am not responsible for the cost of any import or customs charges, my apologies!

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

If you are unhappy with purchase for any reason then please contact me within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition with their individual packaging within 14 days of contact. Your refund will be processed once i have received you returned item.
I am unable to refund postage on unwanted items.

Earrings - I cannot refund earrings for pierced ears unless they arrive damaged or faulty. I take every care to ensure this doesn't happen.

Faults

If you receive an item that is faulty then please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I carefully inspect every item before I post but occasionally things get damaged in the post or I may miss something!
You may choose between a full refund, replacement or a repair (if it is a unique item). I will in this circumstance cover postage and returns cost.

I you have any problems with any item that I have sold you, up to 3 months after, then please contact me. If I am able to help then I will happily do so!
