Payment

I prefer PayPal or Google Checkout, but you may send check or money order if you wish. Please keep in mind that I will not ship your items until the payment has cleared.
If you are paying by Google Checkout, please specify "other" as your payment option. I will send you an invoice within 12 hours (usually far less)
Please pay for your items within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to pay in that time frame, please contact me to see if we can work something out. If I haven't received payment or been contacted after 3 days, the item will be relisted.

Shipping

All of my items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. I try to recycle shipping materials when possible, so if you'd prefer new materials, please let me know. If you would prefer that your item be shipped in a box, or via a different method (UPS, FedEx, etc) please contact me before paying so I can send you an updated invoice.

*If you would like shipping insurance, please let me know before paying and I will send you an updated invoice through paypal. In most cases, the cost for insurance will be about $1.35.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept returns within 5 days. I would appreciate an explanation as to why you are returning the items (damaged, not as described, etc). You will only be refunded the purchase price, and will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I will gladly take custom orders. If you want something in a different color, size, etc, just send me a message and we'll work something out! If you have an idea for something that you want, but can't make it yourself, let me know and I can give it a try!
