Hi,
Thanks so much for shopping here at my Etsy shop. All of my art is created one piece at a time without patterns. Each is carved/created and painted by hand. Created, signed and dated by me.

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase so please contact me if there are any problems.

Payment

I request payment within 5 days of purchase.
I accept Paypal, money orders and personal checks, but will not ship until all payments have been cleared.

Shipping

All small items will come carefully bubble wrapped, then wrapped in tissue and placed in a first class envelope.

If you would like it in a hurry please let me know and I will happily send it priority mail and adjust your shipping costs.

Larger items will be wrapped the same but shipped USPS priority mail.
If you would like insurance please let me know before paying and I will adjust your total also.

International orders will be shipped via USPS first class international mail. Please let me know if you'd like to upgrade to priority mail. International buyers are responsible for all taxes and or customs fees charged by their own country.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your purchase.
If you have any problems please convo me within 5 days so that we can work it out and make your shopping experience a happy one. I hope that you will become a collector of my carvings and art for years to come.

I will refund your money upon return of the item, minus shipping costs.
