Payment

I accept PayPal only. Payment is due within 48 hours from time of purchase. To avoid cancellation, please convo me if you expect a delay.

Shipping

US standard shipping method is via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. I will email you with the tracking number upon shipment. I'll mail your item within 1 business day of received payment. Your item(s) should be received within 5 - 10 business days. Please convo me if you need it quicker.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to come back and be happy with your purchase! In the event that you find the item wasn't like what you expected, you may return the item. However, you must communicate with me within 3 days AND I must receive the item back within 7 days. Items must be returned in its original package and condition. I will refund your money once I receive the item(s) back.

All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap. In the event that the item is damaged UPON arrival, I will gladly repair the item. You are required to send a photo of the damaged item first before I assess the next step. I will work with you, but please understand that I am not a giant corporation or a "mall store." I am just a one-woman show. These policies exist to protect my interests and the interests of my other customers. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of these policies.

In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 3 months from the date of shipping. After three months, I will repair your items for a small fee.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most minor tweaking to the jewelry won't cost you anything, just ask me. Most of my necklaces are 16" long with a 2" extension, but if you want a different length please let me know at the time of order. It's free up to 20" in length.
