Please Note that vintage items, particularly the handmade trims may have an imperfection- a few beads may be missing, there may be a stain or a bit of fading- once in a while I've seen a tiny rust mark where a straight pin was. If there is something egregious I usually will keep it, if it is slight I will state it in the listing.



So you know what to expect:
I do use as much recycled shipping materials as I can without actually going into the trash! LOL I do go to stores and grab boxes while they are unpacking. I save the peanuts, bubble wrap and boxes that come to me. your own shipping dollar stores are a great resource for small used boxes.)

Payment

Terms of sale/purchase:

Payment is due through paypal at time of sale.
If you need to make other arrangements please convo me first.

Shipping

My desire as well as my responsibility is to provide you with accurate descriptions, well packed parcels, and timely, combined shipping.
I try to ship within 2-3 days of payment. If the unexpected occurs and it will be a day or two longer I will be sure to let you know.

**Please note that I ship everywhere but the shipping charges listed are for the United States only. If you are from anywhere else (including Canada) convo me about charges. I'll put up a separate /reserved listing for you with the correct charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

As I have to cut my items I do not accept returns unless I have misrepresented the item beyond reason ;-) If there is a huge stain or rip or something of that nature that I didn't mention in my listing of course I will accept responsibility for the issue. Please ask any questions you may have about the item before purchasing, I am always happy to answer and will respond usually the same day.

All that being said if you do have an issue with something please convo me and we can work something out.

I have a 100% feedback rating both here and on ebay and have repeat customers all the time so you can rest easy about that.
