I love what I do. LOVE IT. I love graphic design, I love the printed page, I love paper, and I love that I can make a living doing what I LOVE! How many people really get to do that? That’s what Etsy is all about and that’s why I love Etsy. Because I love this community so much and everything that it stands for, I will always try to offer my BEST design work at affordable prices and I will always put all of my love and effort into every design that I do. Whether I’m working on a simple little avatar or a big business design project, you will always get a little bit of my heart and soul.

Payment

I currently accept payments via Paypal only. Payment should be made immediately following the Etsy checkout process. Digital proofs for personalized art and custom graphic design work will not begin until payment has been confirmed.

Shipping

All graphic design work will be delivered via email. If you desire a hard copy of your designs on CD, please send me a message and I will set up a listing for you. Each CD costs just $10, which includes shipping. CDs will ship via First Class or Media Mail.

All printed items will be shipped via USPS First Class mail within 3 business days of receiving payment and/or email approval from you of a digital proof if the item is custom or personalized. Although most customers receive their package within 5 business days of being shipped, please note that USPS First Class can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, although that is usually the extreme!

Art prints are protected in a cellophane sleeve with a rigid backing board, or carefully rolled in a sturdy shipping tube for larger prints.

You will be receiving the digital design files for each of your selected designs. This listing is not for any actual printed material! All design files will be delivered via email. If you are interested in receiving a CD of your design package, including the working application files, each CD will cost $10. This price includes the CD, custom printed CD label, protective sleeve, and shipping. Please purchase the CD listing in my shop in addition to the design listing.

Refunds and Exchanges

**Printed material:
I will always email a digital proof of all personalized artwork for approval prior to printing, so please look over the proof carefully to make sure everything is spelled correctly. Once printed, you can't change your mind! If you receive a printed item that is damage or has misprinted information and the error is mine, I will send you a replacement for free.

**Custom Design Work:
I am ready and willing to work with you until you are completely satisfied with your designs, even if it means going back to the drawing board several times. I love offering quality graphic design services to Etsy members at affordable prices. If doing so means I put in more work than I’m charging for, I do so willingly. However, when it comes to custom design work, please keep in mind that you are not just paying for the finished product, but the time and energy it takes to create that product. For this reason, I will not offer full refunds for any custom designs that I have already begun to work on. Should you choose to cancel an order after the designs are in progress, or if we mutually agree to terminate our working relationship for whatever reason, you may be entitled to a refund of up to 50%.

Additional Policies and FAQs

((__printing__))>
All of my prints are printed on an Epson R1800 using only Epson brand 8-color UltraChrome™ pigment inks and premium matte papers. So what's so special about this ink? Pigment inks are literally pigments of colour ground down very fine and suspended in a liquid to make ink, compared to dye ink, which is a dye suspended in liquid. As with other types of colour, this produces a more lightfast material or ink that will take longer to fade. Pigment inks are best for archival printing due to their longevity (up to 200 years) and have greater fade and water resistance than dye inks used by most inkjet printers.

Another special feature of my printer is the addition of red and blue inks to the CMYK color system. This allows the R1800 an extremely wide color gamut for incredibly vivid prints.

Please remember that colors on your monitor may differ slightly from the printed piece.

Unless otherwise indicated, all of my prints are produced on bright white premium ultra-smooth matte photo papers.

I love the rich velvety appearance of matte photo papers. They handle heavily saturated images beautifully, never smudging or warping. Unlike gloss or luster photo paper, the matte papers show no fingerprints when handled, and look gorgeous from all angles because the smooth matte finish absorbs instead of reflecting light.

For custom graphic design work, I will send you a brief style quiz via email or Etsy conversation within 24 hours of receiving payment via Paypal. These questions will help me better understand your artistic style, your personality and lifestyle, your craft, and what you are looking for in a visual identity. I will not begin work on your designs until I receive the completed style quiz, so please respond as soon as you are able.

For business design packages, your logo design will be the first thing I work on. Time frame for receiving a 1st draft of your logo varies, based on how much brainstorming and detail is involved with your design and whether or not you already have a clear idea of what you’re looking for. The design process can take anywhere from several hours to a week. If you are on a tight time schedule please let me know up front.

Once logo design is complete and approved by you, including revisions and ‘do overs’ I will begin work on your design package. Completion of a design package usually falls into place quickly and easily once the logo design is complete, typically just 2 or 3 days max.

Speed of communication online often dictates how long a design project takes to complete. I will be sending you frequent emails and Etsy communications to update you on progress, ask questions, and will always inform you of any delays as they arise. I will always do my best to be timely in my correspondence with you and hope you will do the same in return.
