Payment

Payment is via PayPal only at this time.

Ideally, payment should be within 24hrs of placing your order. However, if payment is not received within three (3) days and I have not received communications to arrange an alternative, I reserve the right to cancel your order request and re-list the item. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

*** Please ensure that your ETSY address is correct, as this is the address I will ship your item/s to. If you have an alternative address you would like me to use, please let me know during checkout. Thank you. ***

Based in the Okanagan, BC in Canada, Chameleon*Girl ships worldwide using Canada Post standard mail. Chameleon*Girl cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to your items during shipping if not fully insured. If you would like insurance and/or tracking, please contact me for a revised shipping rate.

All Chameleon*Girl goodies are wrapped with great care upon their completion and sent in bubble envelopes in order that you receive them in perfect condition.

Normal shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please check your ‘Etsy Purchases’ page for confirmation of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

As is the nature (and beauty) of all handmade things, there will be slight variations between the items listed and the items you receive - except in the case of OOAK items, of course.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible and I will decide on a case by case basis what to do. Above all else, I want your girls to be as happy wearing their Chameleon*Girl goodies as I was making them and am always willing to work out a solution to make things right.

The Chameleon*Girl ‘atelier’ is a non-smoking (though cat and child-friendly) environment.
