Payment

At the moment I can only accept payment via paypal. Please pay within one week or your order will be cancelled.

Shipping

I charge $2.50 for US shipping, $3.00 for Canada and $4 for the rest of the world. Shipping is first class. I will send packages every Saturday by regular mail. If you would like your order faster please contact me for upgrades

If you live in the New York City area and would like the schedule a pickup please let me know. If you are part of either the Upper East Side Knitters or Sit n Knit New York please let me know and I can bring your order to the next meet up.

If you are sending an item directly to someone else as a gift please let me know and I will include a gift reciept.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase please return to me in its original condition and packaging w/ the packing slip within 30 days and you will receive a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you are worried about items being lost or damaged please ask for insurance and I will add that to your shipping costs.
