Payment

Australian buyers contact me if you would prefer to pay by bank transfer. I'm always happy to do this.

Shipping

I try and ship as soon as possible. I post at least once a week.
All Flower Press purchases are packaged in resealable cello bags to keep them clean and dry.
Prints and cards are sent in rigid mailers to avoid bending. Tea towels are sent in tough bags to make sure they get there in one piece.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if there are any problems with your order. I am very careful with my packaging and (touch wood) haven't had any problems so far.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If your purchase is for a gift I am happy to send it straight to your giftee and include a personalised message. Just convo me!
