hi! welcome!

i try my best to ensure that you, the customer, are completely satisfied with your new purchase. i do this by taking as many photos as it makes sense to take in a listing, by describing exactly what you'll be getting and when you'll be getting it.

i don't believe in surprises. if, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with my product, you may return it for a refund (please refer to refunds section below).

Payment

i accept paypal, with payment is required upon checkout, please.

Shipping

purchases will be shipped out within 5 business days from original purchase, with any major difference in shipping costs (+$4) refunded to you through paypal. please note that i do not ship on weekends.

i will ship to the address listed with etsy; if your etsy address and paypal address are different, please specify which one you'd like your purchase shipped to, otherwise i'll just go with the one you're listed with on etsy.

finally, i'd be more than happy to ship to anyone living outside of canada and the US - please convo me and i'll give you an exact shipping quote to prevent overcharging.

wunderbug is not responsible or liable for any lost or damaged packages - please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery since that seems to be the standard shipping time from canada.

Refunds and Exchanges

if you receive your item and aren't 100% satisfied with it, you can request a refund for the purchase price within one week of it's arrival.

buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and must ship it back out within five business days of refund request.
