Payment
METHODS

Payments will be made through Paypal
TERMS/DEADLINES
------
Payments will be made within a week of purchase.
I will cancel your order if I do not receive payment within 8 days of your purchase,unless we have made an arrangement to do otherwise.
CANCELLATIONS
---------------
Once payment is received, your order can not be canceled if it is a custom order.
If you have purchased something from my shop that is not a custom order,then you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund.
Shipping
METHODS
---------
I ship through a postal store who will choose the best delivery method for your particular package. So it may be sent USPS,UPS or FedEx.
INSURANCE
----------
If you are interested in insurance on your package please let me know so I can send you an updated invoice. A this time,I will requiring international customers to buy insurance on their packages please.
UPGRADES
----------
You can also update your shipping to Priority shipping, again just let me know that you would like to do this, so I can send you an updated invoice.
WHEN DO I SHIP?

I only do shipments twice a week so your package will be sent out on one of those days, unless you have arranged it with me to be sent out at a different time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
-----------------------
At this time I only ship to the U.S and Canada, but I am willing to ship to other areas if you convo me and we make arrangements to do so.
SLOW SHIPPING

I am sorry if shipping sometimes takes a while. I really have no control over this, once the package leaves my hands there isn't much I can do about how fast it gets to you. If you are worried about getting your package on time, please upgrade to priority shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
TERMS

Most items in my shop, can be returned for a refund MINUS the shipping cost.
If you receive an item that just isn't what you wanted or it is damaged in someway, please contact me ASAP,so we can fix the problem. I will ask you to return the item so I can either fix it,make you a new one or give you a refund.
REFUNDING ON CUSTOM ITEMS

Some custom items can be returned for a refund. I really decide this on a case by case basis, so please convo me if you would like to return a custom item. In most cases you will get at least a partial refund.
DEADLINE
--------
You have a week to contact me from the time you received the package about any problems with it. After that week, I will not accept any returns or issue any refunds.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
---------------
Most of the items I sell in my store are eligible for return/refund. As long as the item has NOT been used,worn,washed etc. If you send me back an item and I have determined that it has indeed been used then I will not be able to issue you a refund.So please be honest when you are sending something back to me. I don't want you to waste the money to send it to me,if you know that you've used it and I can't refund you.
