Payment

TSI Photograpy accepts payments via paypal and by check. Check payments must clear our bank before we ship your purchase.

Shipping

We ship vis USPS First Class Mail and/or Priority Mail if you wish to have your item arrive more quickly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since the items we sell are of the 2-D variety, refunds are available if there is a clear mis-representation of the item (which is highly unlikely).
We do our best to color correct and scan to present the real colors of matboard so that you can choose what best suits your decorating needs/tastes/style.
If you have questions, please ask in advance.
Buyer pays shipping for returns.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders for images in other sizes, on cards, other matboards are based on availability of supplies. Please send a convo with your details.
