LAADesigns's Shop Policies

Welcome

Hello! Thank you for visiting my shop! LAADesigns specializes in linoleum printing on apparel and accessories. All of the items are hand-printed and most of the items seen here are hand-dyed as well. In general, I focus primarily on sea creatures and birds. I am open to custom orders, but most of the time I will decline orders that fall outside of my established theme.

Payment

I accept paypal, checks or money orders. If sending a check or money order, I will need to have received the payment before I can mail out your item. If sending a check, it will need to clear before I send out the item.

Shipping

All shipping costs are calculated for regular first class mail (the cheapest possible option). If you would like your package shipped more quickly, convo me and we can discuss how to negotiate the slight increase in price. A confirmation number is offered free with purchase and I will email you this number once the item is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is any problem with your purchase, please let me know and I will do anything I can to remedy the situation. That being said, the reason for refunds/exchanges must be legitimate (i.e. not just, well, I changed my mind!)

Additional Policies and FAQs

For wholesale policies, please convo me so we can discuss the possibilities. Prices will depend on quantities, colors, prints and sizes desired.
If you want a different brand of shirt, please convo me as well and I will try to work something out with you. Prices may rise accordingly.
