welcome to my shops policies and procedures,
i hope you find everything in order!

Payment

i much prefer payments made through paypal, however, if you need to pay by another method, just contact me and we'll try to work something out.

Shipping

For "made to order" items
i ship within 4 weeks...
This includes Shelf cities, Nana Birds, Colonial homes, Mushrooms, and any others marked "made to order" within the listing...

(The things i make take time and care to create)

For pre-made items
I ship within 1 week...

All items are shipped via USPS priority mail, and from my experience should arrive between 1-4 days after shipment. I price the shipping cost a little high to cover packing materials, but when possible i use recycled boxes, and "stuffing" (usually newspaper).

If you desire insurance or delivery confirmation on your order, please convo me for the slight price adjustment.

*please understand that i am human and sometimes can't meet the shipping dates precisely, if this happens i will do my best to let you know...

*International orders are sent as quickly as possible given the paid shipping amount...*

i have only had one terrarium break out of nearly 300.
but id rather be safe than sorry.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds for gross misrepresentation on my part (and only for that reason) are excepted if you notify me within 5 days of receipt of item. Refunds only cover the price of the item itself and does not include shipping costs either way. Upon receipt of the item in its original condition i will send a pay pal refund to your Etsy email address.

If you have payed for insurance of an item, and it arrives to you damaged. You will be fully refunded your money.

I am sorry but i do not except exchanges at this time.

terrariums are very carefully packed, and securely shipped.
but should disaster strike during shipping, there are a few ways to remedy the situation.
if this should occur, contact me immediately and i will do everything in my power to work the situation out.
(by disaster i only mean if things are shaken up, i cannot replace broken jars. i provide the option to purchase insurance)

Additional Policies and FAQs

*please realize that the terrariums are filled with living things which grow, change, spread, and can eventually die... i will provide a detailed and easy to follow care guide with each purchase... but beyond that the well being of the plants is out of my control.
if you have troubles i will work with you extensively to solve the problem...but cannot guarantee they will live forever.
