We are a lady and gentleman dedicated to bringing you slightly left of the norm works of art of all factions. We're into pretty much anything we can get our hands on (if you can't tell by the store!) and definitely aren't afraid to try something new. Nearly all the fiber arts and many of the rest of all the materials used are recycled--doing our part to save Mother Earth and keep costs low.

All items are made in a smoke-free, but NOT pet-free home.

Payment

Is currently only accepted through PayPal and is expected within three days of purchase.

Please, if you live in the state of Illinois, wait for a revised invoice before paying as we must charge you 9% sales tax. And, if you live in COOK COUNTY, IL we must charge you 10.25% sales tax. It's awful, I know.

If you'd like to cancel an order, no worries. Notification ASAP is appreciated.

Shipping

Items are shipped within three days of payment received.

US orders are shipped Priority Mail; shipping costs are higher, but we feel it is worth the time and security. If you'd prefer a different shipping method, let us know and we can arrange that for you.

International Orders are shipped International First Class, unless otherwise asked for.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will do our best to accommodate most requests, however these policies are in place: we must receive notification within seven (7) days of item receipt if you are dissatisfied. Generally, the item may be returned for money back (minus shipping), but in the event of special orders and extreme scenarios, the item may only be returned for store credit. Your satisfaction is our main goal and if there is anything we can do to improve that please let us know.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All fiber art items are freshly washed and dried before shipping. Beware, there is a cat in our home. Though we do our best to isolate all materials and make this a non-issue, they probably come in contact during creation.

All queries are welcome! We don't bite, unless that's what you want.
