Payment

CONSULTATION
The process will begin with exploring your ideas, colors, themes, locales, timing and budget and arrive at an initial
concept for your design.
PRICING, CONTRACT AND TIMELINE
You will receive an initial price quote and preliminary timeline based upon the consultation. On approving the quote and
timeline a design sample of the initial suite will be posted on the OhSoSuite etsy store for the amount of 50% of the
agreed upon price. This will be considered the deposit.
DESIGN
The initial design sample will come in Adobe PDF format or a jpg format.
You can then provide feedback on the design concept and you will receive a fully developed design of your complete
suite, considered your first proof.
After you give me feedback on the first proof of the complete suite, you will receive your second proof of the design. A
third round of revisions is complimentary; any additional rounds of revisions will be billed at $10 per round.
PROOF APPROVAL
Once all revisions are complete, you will receive a final electronic proof of all elements in the suite. Once I receive the
go-ahead via email the printing process begins.
PRICING
Pricing will not be far from the prices listed on my etsy site, as long as quantities and printing technique do not differ.
ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS
Additional elements can be added onto the suite at an additional charge, which can be negotiated while in the design
process. Such items may include: direction cards, accommodation cards, maps, programs, stickers, ribbons, additional
envelopes, thank you cards, etc)
