Payment
We accept PayPal and Google Checkout. Please contact to let us know if you would like us to send a Google Checkout invoice rather than use PayPal.
After purchasing items, please make every effort to make payment within 2 days. Orders will be canceled if not payed for within 4 days unless you contact us for special arrangements.
NYS Sales Tax applies to all residents of New York state - 8%
Shipping
We primarily use Priority Mail and DHL Ground to ship. If you have some other preference or need an item expedited, please contact us and let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item is damaged in shipping, or an incorrect item is sent, please let us know as soon as it arrives and we will do our best to replace or refund for the item. Notify within 7 days of receipt, please.

We do custom spinning and custom dying of yarns and rovings. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll work with you to design the perfect item that is exactly what you need for your project.
