Welcome to my Etsy Shop! I've been constantly exploring my passion in photography and painting. I am a self-taught artist/photographer and much of my work is influenced by my roots in asia and the places I lived in. I am also inspired by my little daughter and wonderful husband, my childhood memories with my grandparents and family in Manila.

Payment

I accept payment via PayPal only. You can still pay me with your valid credit card even you don't have PayPal account. Payment must be made within 3-5 days after you check out with the item.
If you pay with E-check in PayPal, item will be shipped after the payment has cleared.

For prints, please allow 5-10 days for the processing of your ordered prints. I process my prints with a professional lab (not in my home) to deliver the highest quality of photographic print that will last 100 years when framed and 200 years when stored.

If I don't hear from you after 5 days, I will request cancellation of transaction in Etsy.

Shipping

I ship in various methods with USPS. All photographs are shipped in flat protective packaging.
I via USPS Standard Mail, but depending on the size of your order, I sometimes ship the photograph via Priority Mail.

I also accept pick-up if you live in Cincinnati and Northern KY area.

Refunds and Exchanges

I would like you to be satisfied with artworks and photographs you ordered from me.

If you have any concern with the photograph or artworks, please send me a message within 10days after receipt of your order. I will replaced or exchanged it provided you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred. You have to return the item in the original condition and handle the return shipping costs as well.

Additional Policies and FAQs

ALL WATERMARKS YOU SEE... "Chie Carroll©" won't appear in your print.

5x7 = $12.00
5x5 = $25.00
8x8 = $30.00
8x10 = $20.00-$25.00
