Welcome

Hi! My name is Joni, and I have enjoyed making things with my hands my whole life. I currently stay at home with and homeschool my 3 children (well, the baby isn't in school yet!), and the items I stock in my shop are happily created by me during the available moments of our days.

Payment

At this time I accept Paypal only. I expect payment within 2 hours or your item(s) will be relisted. Orders are final--please be sure you want what you're purchasing before you check out.

Shipping

I do my best to charge actual shipping rates--Priority mail only. Please contact me for rates when ordering from outside the US--it will be extra but I promise I don't profit off that part. If I find that you've somehow overpaid for shipping, I will gladly issue a refund for the overpaid amount promptly.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of use of most of the products I sell, I cannot accept returns. Though I am glad work with my customers to correct any serious problems, I do expect that you will be sure the item is right for you before your purchase is made.

In addition to dyeing, I knit as well. I enjoy variety, and for soakers and longies I am licenced with Little Turtle Knits, Sheepy Time Knits, and Wigglebunz Creations. I also hold a license for Hudson Hats. :)

I am taking custom orders (on knitted/crocheted items, and hand-dyed yarns) via slots only now. I will be listing these custom openings periodically, as I find I have the room on my calendar. :)

Allergen information: Items are made and stored in a completely pet-free and tobacco-smoke free environment. We do enjoy heating with a wood stove during the colder months. There is never any tobacco smoke or incense in our home, and we do not use perfume/cologne. I am an allergic person myself, and so am careful with my home's environment. I do occasionally include a scented extra goodie in my packages--mini wool wash bars, etc. Please let me know if this would be a problem.
