♥ Thank you so much for visiting my store! I thought I would tell you a little bit about my process. I always use pure wool felt, and cotton fabric where possible. I free hand draw up my patterns (thats if I decide to use one at all!) Quite often I just see where my mood takes me. I love to see the construction in an object and have a bold, chunky feel to it, so my toys are not meant to be 'perfect' or precisely measured with hidden seams however they are well sewn and detailed. I couldn't pinpoint my inspiration, to be frank I don't know where they come from or how I even started! I don't like to give them a name because I believe that is your job, and I trust that you will call them something that is right and sentimental for you. I love to hear back from my customers what they have called them!

I hope they make you smile and bring you as much joy as I get from making them! Every Oogabooga is a one-off creation and has it's own big friendly personality, so even if you request a shape or style you like you can be sure you have the only the only one of its kind. I am very flexible and welcome input into their creation.

Due to the hand made nature of Oogaboogas, as well as a concern for recent legislation in the United States of America, I do not intend these Oogaboogas for play with children. While every care has been taken in their construction and choice of materials to be able to withstand the most vigorous love, unfortunately I cannot promise extended durability.

Payment

All prices listed are in US Dollars. I accept Paypal. Australian buyers, I can help with conversion to $AUD and will accept Direct Deposit or Money order - just let me know in the 'Message to seller' note at purchase or in a convo beforehand and I will forward you any details you need.

I will cancel any purchase unpaid for within 5 days if there hasn't been any communication attempts made. I will convo and email you numerous times in hope this never happens! I will also send you a Paypal invoice before I make this call.

Shipping

Shipping costs $10 to USA and everywhere else, and $6 within Australia. These costs include the sturdy cardboard box I use. For orders outside Australia please allow 7-14 working days for arrival. I will refund any charges for shipping to your Paypal account if it is less than I expected. Please let me know if you require insurance and registered post. It will cost an extra AU$7.85 and I will send you a revised invoice.

I will send your item with three days of payment and send you notification of this. I work full time, therefore find it difficult to get to the post office. You can be absolutely sure I will post your Oogabooga on Thursdays or Saturdays, although I usually do find a moment during the week.

For custom orders I will notify you as soon as possible regarding any delays.

I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and My Little Oogabooga is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

If anyone is unsatisfied with their Oogabooga I will happily return or exchange it if you contact me within 2 weeks purchase and it is in original condition. I will refund purchase price minus shipping, and you must pay return shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Supervised play is absolutely necessary. Most Oogaboogas have a few buttons ranging from tiny 4mm to bigger 15mm buttons, very tightly sewn on. If I think an Oogabooga is absolutely unsuitable for children I will mention it in the description. For children under the age of three I can make you a baby-safe Oogabooga without buttons (although no promises on how safe baby's can be to an Oogabooga's health :) ). For these orders I replace the buttons with felt shapes which look really cute.

I generally don't do custom wholesale orders, however I do give discounts for large orders from my shop. Convo or email me regarding this, I also usually have a few not listed. Due to the time consuming hand-made nature of my toys, they take too long for me to complete, and my lovely shop gets neglected while I'm making! I am very easy going so if you have a proposal just let me know and I may do it.

Care Instructions: My Oogaboogas are fairly sturdy little monsters but I advise against any particularly active play or washing machines. A spot clean or gentle hand wash if in need. I have found a wet cotton bud with a touch of soap very handy on a spot clean.
