Shipping

I ship within one business day and will often get pieces out within a few hours. If you are buying a piece as a gift, I will gladly send it out to your gift recipient directly with a note of cheer. Let me know the recipient’s address by convoing me right away after purchase. Also, let me know what the occasion is and what you want me to write on the note.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take pride in my work and know you will love the pieces you order! If for some reason you are not satisfied, I will accept returns. Contact me and return the piece to the return address on the package. Once I receive the piece, I will refund the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a problem with the craftsmanship.

Gift Certificates
I offer gift certificates in any denomination. I will send it to you, or directly to the recipient, just convo me right away after payment.
