Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via US Priority Mail within two to three business days after ordering.

All international orders are shipped via first-class Airmail within two to three business days after ordering. This is to keep down shipping costs for international buyers.

If delays happen that affect shipping times, the shipping cost will be refunded to the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with any product you purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. Yarn must be in the original skein for a return to be made. Returns will be honored within 90 days of purchase.
