Welcome

Hello and Welcome to Cards and Things!!

Handmade cards and other things made with quality Stampin' Up cardstock, ink, and stamp sets. Also, I occassionally use other cardstock designs.

Payment

I accept Paypal and if you live locally and would like to pay with personal check or cash, please convo me.

Payment is expected within 5 days close of sale. If payment has not been received by Day 4, a friendly reminder will be sent via Convo. On Day 6, the item(s) will be relisted, appropriate feedback left, and non-payment will be reported to Etsy Admin. Accommodations and exceptions can only be made if I am contacted prior to the sale.

Shipping

Please note that I prefer to ship to CONFIRMED PayPal addresses. If you wish for your package to be shipped to an address other than your confirmed PayPal address, please Convo me prior to purchase. I am happy to make the accommodations.

Note: I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages mailed to unconfirmed addresses.

I generally ship within 3 days of receiving payment. I have a "40 hour/week" day job and cannot promise to ship sooner than that. In most cases, your item(s) ship the next business day.

I ship via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation within the United States and First Class International purchases outside the United States.

Do you need your package fast? I can gladly send your item(s) via USPS Priority Mail. Please Convo me prior to purchase so adjustments can be made.

I also offer combined shipping. I'll gladly combine multiple purchases within a 5-day window. Purchases beyond 5 days will be shipped on their own.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive for your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please Convo me BEFORE leaving negative feedback. I want to make your shopping experience a positive one, and will do the necessary actions to correct any problems.

Refunds will only be offered under these conditions: Please convo me PRIOR to shipping item(s) back to me. I encourage you adding Delivery Confirmation to your package. This is the only sure way I know it's being sent back to me. Item(s) must be returned within 5 days. Once item(s) received, I'll refund you via PayPal. Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
