Hello and Welcome to Weavermania Productions! All items listed in this shop are made and designed by Stephanie Ablett. I am a Canadian weaver living in the UK, weaving away in my front room. My loom is a very old, antique floor loom which has been my friend and savior over the last few years :D I don't know what I woud do without it!!
Listed below are some of my shop policies. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask via conversation :D

Payment
All payments must be made through Paypal. Unfortunately I do not accept any other form of payment. Paypal is fast, reliable, and easy to use.
Shipping
All shipping is sent UK first class International. It is usually quite fast and quite reasonable. I would suggest asking for "registered" mail if you are purchasing a scarf. The fee is an extra $7.00 which doesn't seem like a lot to know that your lovely, one of a kind scarf will make it to your doorstep faster and safer, with your signature to document its safe arrival :D
I ship items out as as soon as possible, providing payment has been made. You can check that your purchase has been shipped by checking your Purchases section. I will also send you an email to tell you when your shipment will be made as well as when it has been made! Again, if you have any questions please ask!!!
Refunds and Exchanges
This is always the tricky part of a sale but I will try to be as obliging as possible if you have any problems with a sale. Unless extra insurance or precautions have been requested I am afraid that I will be unable to give full refunds. If you are unhappy with an item purchased please return it within 7 days of receiving it and I will refund your money minus postage fees.
If items are lost in the mail I will try to be as helpful as possible. For scarves, I highly recommend paying the extra $7.00 for the registered mail service. Insurance covers the cost of the scarf if it is lost or damaged during delivery. Unfortunately I will not be able to give a refund if the extra postage is not requested.
For brooches, hair clips, and cards it is a little easier to replace or refund items if problems occur during delivery. I am willing to replace (if possible) brooches if they are lost in the mail, pending extra fees be made for postage costs. These things happen (as I have had packages lost before as well) and I want to try to guarentee customer satisfaction :D
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am always open to commissions if you are interested in certain designs, patterns, or colours whether it be for scarves, brooches or hair clips. I also make other projects for the home like table runners, placemats, wall hangings, rugs, and similar cozy home items. I rarely list items in these catagories but am always happy to take special orders if requested :D
