Welcome

Welcome! I'm new at this so it will take some time to work out the kinks. Please be patient with me! Also, don't forget to give me some feedback. I'll do the same for you.

Payment

Right now, I'm just accepting PayPal. I've used it for years and it's easy and reliable.

Shipping

To begin with, I'm only shipping within the United States. I'll be using USPS. Most of the time, I will ship jewelry and other lightweight itmes the day after I receive your payment. If it's a larger item and I have to make a trip to the Post Office, I will ship in a couple of days. About once a month, I have to check on my elerly mother. When I do, I'm out of town for 5 or 6 days. I'll ship as soon as I get home. There's no charge for an additional item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I make sure that everything is packaged securely. I am not currently accepting returns, offering refunds or exchanges. However, if something goes wrong with your purchase (i.e. the item breaks or falls apart) due to a construction flaw, I would be happy to discuss the issue and work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you know me and live near me, let me know. We can arrange for a local exchange of money and merchandise. I'm not taking custom orders just yet but I might in the future.
