Payment

I currently accept paypal only. I will automatically ship to the address on file with paypal, if you would like your purchase shipped to a different address please include that in the “message to seller” section. I will ship to the address that the customer specifies, however I will not be held responsible for misdirected or damaged packages when shipping to addresses not confirmed by paypal.
Full payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase or the item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left. If you need to cancel your purchase before paying please convo me, I understand that things happen, and I will cancel the transaction. Negative feed back will NOT be left for buyers who communicate with me.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted in the listing. I ship all of my packages United States Postal Service with first class mail internationally and priority mail in the U.S. Insurance is available on all packages for an additional fee. If you would prefer another shipping method convo me and I will send you a revised invoice.
I ship domestic and international, however international buyers should convo me for an accurate shipping quote for their location if international shipping is not included in the listing. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
I do my best to accurately price shipping, but if I accidentally overcharge you I will refund the difference if it exceedes $1.00 to your paypal account.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact me with any issues about you purchase. Returns or exchanges are handled individually and are not guaranteed. Under most circumstances shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of the items in my shop are made by me in my cat friendly home. I do not allow my cats in my crafting area, however people with allergies should be aware that there may be trace amount of cat hair or dander on some of my items.
I am very convo friendly and welcome special requests, for example, gift wrap, special colors or sizes, or orders for items similar to previously sold items. I am also open to trades with other store owners.
