capow's Shop Policies

Payment

Currently the only form of payment we can accept is Paypal. Please make all paypal payments no later than 48 hours after placing your order. If payment is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the item.
If you are a New York State resident, please note that 8% sales tax will be added to you invoice when paying via Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping is standard USPS First Class. If you would like to upgrade please message me before making your purchase. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of completed transaction. If you would like Insurance or Delivery Confirmation there will be an extra fee. We always ship to the delivery address listed with Etsy, if you need the item send elsewhere please specify.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items damaged in shipping are not returnable. Exchanges can be negotiated if you are not happy with the item received. For any returned item, buyer pays for return shipping. You have 30 days from date of purchase to contact us regarding an exchange or return. The item must be in original condition.
