Payment

At this time I only accept PayPal payments. Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase unless special arrangements are made ahead of time. Please contact me if special arrangements are needed.

Items not paid for within allotted time will be re-listed and negative feedback will be left unless special circumstances arise and you contact me.

Shipping

Domestic shipments made within 3 days of purchase excluding Sundays and holidays. International shipments made once a week on Saturdays, orders placed by Friday evening will ship out saturday morning, orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Saturday. If you have a special request for shipping method or date please contact me ahead of time to make arrangements.

I use first class parcel post with delivery confirmation on domestic packages, first class international for international shipments. Insurance is available upon request; purchases made over $100 within the US will receive free insurance. Damaged items are at your own risk unless insurance is purchased.
Combined shipping for multiple items purchased.

I try to charge shipping as close to exact as I can! Please confirm that your paypal and etsy addresses match, item(s) shipped to etsy address unless otherwise specified in note to seller. If item is returned by post office due to address error on buyers part, buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. Items sent to wrong address and not returned by post office will not be replaced.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within seven days for a refund less shipping cost. I describe and picture each item as accurately as possible. I value positive feedback and will do my best to resolve any problems. Please contact me if there are any issues before leaving feedback.
