Thank you for taking the time to read my shop policies before buying! :D :D
Payment is expected within 48 hours. After that your order will be canceled.
Please leave me feedback once you have received your purchase, this isnt about me wanting a larger feedback number, i just want to make sure you received your order a-ok! :)
S H I P P I N G:
I always package all my orders with extra care.
I always use padded envelopes! I care a lot about you receiving your items in perfect condition.
Domestic Orders are shipped out within 0-72 hours excluding holidays and sundays. This should take the max of a week to reach you, its normally 3-4 days :), but take in exceptions where mail may be late due to the USPS. Domestic Orders will be shipped to your paypal address, please make sure it is correct before purchasing. Message me if you would like to use a different address. Do not just put it in the "notes" section.
International Orders are shipped out within 4 days! If I run out of my First Class International paid stamps I will have to wait til Saturday, please forgive me. Also please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your items. Although it normally only takes 5 days - 10 days, ive never had one take much longer, but just letting you know just incase. Please take in exceptions where mail may be late due to the postal carriers. Message me if you would like to use a different address than the one on your paypal. Do not just put it in the "notes" section.
P A Y M E N T:
I accept paypal only at the moment. Orders that are paid by e-checks will not be shipped til it clears. International Buyers please realize e-checks from you may take longer than average to clear due to it being international, this is paypals fault! :( I dont mind waiting, but dont be surprised if it takes up to a month.
R E T U R N S & R E F U N D S:
I do not accept returns unless I grossly misreprensented an item. Please remember Actual color of beads may vary depending on your computer monitor. I am not responsible for damaged or lost packages, although I always try to make my customers happy in the event that this does happen.
