Shipping

FREE SHIPPING through the month August, 2008.

All purchases will be shipped after payment is received. Your order will be nicely wrapped and precausion will be taken to make sure it arrives unharmed.

I ship standard USPS. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping, or purchase insurance, please inform me before completing your order so that I may send you a modified invoice prior to shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

** Returns **
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me asap. I will be happy to refund / exchange an item, minus the cost of shipping. Please inform me of your request within 3 days of receiving the item. Items need to be returned in the same shape they were received and in the original packaging.

Additional Policies and FAQs

** Adjustments **
Generally speaking, length adjustments can be made to necklaces and bracelets. If there is a piece of jewelry that you feel may need to be adjusted please contact me. If it is possible, I will be happy to do so.
If you would like earrings to match a necklace, and you do not see any in the store, just ask. Again, if I can do it, it will be my pleasure.

** Repairs **
Please let me know what problem you are having. If it is something simple (eg. necklace was accidentally pulled, breaking the chain or streatching the clasp), repairs are free of charge, minus the cost of shipping.
If it got stuck in the blender... well, we may have to talk about it...

!Important!, it's hard to repair peyote pieces, especially my free form designs... there is no way that I can recreate one of a kind pieces. So, take good care of them please.
