Payment

We accept payment via PayPal (confirmed addresses only!). We only ship to your PayPal confirmed address on your payment transaction to be protected under PayPal's Seller Protection Policy.
Item is shipped when all money transaction has cleared.

Shipping

United State Postal Service. Please remember if insurance is not purchased buyer is responsible for non-delivered/damaged items.

Refunds and Exchanges

What you see in the photo/s or read in the description is what you are purchasing. Personalized items: A photo will be emailed before shipping for your approval. We get a delivery confirmation on all items shipped. If buyer does not purchase shipping insurance, buyer is responsible for damaged/non-delivered items.
