Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy your shopping experience. It is my goal to provide excellent quality items and great customer service. I want your REPEAT business!!! I'm not happy unless you're happy so please feel free to contact me with any questions, special requests, complaints or praises. I truly appreciate your business!

Payment

I accept checks, money orders, and Paypal payments. If you are paying by check or money order, please leave me a note in the message to seller box at checkout so I can be on the lookout for your payment. Your order will ship within 24 hours of payment processing and you will be notified once your order ships.
*Please be aware that payments made by E-Check payment through Paypal take up to four business days to process.

Shipping

I ship orders within 24 hours of payment, except on Sundays & holidays (of course).
Delivery Confirmation is always included for U.S. shipping.
Shipping rates:
US Shipping: $1.00 ($.25 each additional item(s))
CANADA Ship: $1.50($.50 each additional item(s))
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please convo me for a shipping quote!
*Please make sure your etsy shipping address matches your Paypal shipping address. In the event there are different addresses listed, I will convo you to verify which address you want your order shipped. No big deal, it just makes things a little smoother (& quicker) if I don't have to wait for a reply in order to ship!

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis. I generally do not give refunds (never needed to, knock on wood), but if there is something wrong with your order, or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me so I may have the opportunity to resolve any issues and make you 110% happy. I want you to be thrilled with your shopping experience!!!

Additional Policies and FAQs

SPECIAL REQUESTS? I happily accept custom orders (I love them!). If you see or have seen something here that is no longer avilable, or if you have a special request, please convo me and I will do everything I can to make it happen. I will accept Alchemy requests, though I find it much easier to create a custom listing and communicate via etsy convo (preferred method).
