HI WELCOME TO NIKDAPOOH DESIGNS GENERAL INFORMATION SECTION:

I create one of a kind sculptures using clay, recycled materials, vintage materials and beads.
My creative process starts with inspiration from nature, my kids and children books. Then I brainstorm a design on paper and bring the project to life using many types of mixed media.

All of my clay projects are hand sculpted, baked and painted. I use recycled materials to base most of my sculptures and ornaments. Animals and creatures tend to be a fun subject that I enjoy creating, it brings out the inner child.

Payment

Below are the site policies for the buyer in a transaction:

When you purchase an item on Etsy, you agree to pay the seller for the item. Do not purchase items for which you do not intend to pay.
The buyer must send payment directly to the seller (not to Etsy).
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the seller. If you choose to pay via PayPal, please send payment right away. If you are paying by check or money order (or other mailed payment), send a Conversation or email to the seller to make arrangements for payment.

I except paypal, money orders and checks (items will be shipped after personal checks have cleared.)

To cancel an Etsy Transaction, you must be the seller in the transaction. If you are a buyer, please contact the seller and ask them to do this.

Shipping

International buyers please contact me for a quote, I am always happy to ship internationally it's just really hard to determine the pricing beforehand without the country and weight.

I usually ship on Thursdays. Generally sculptures are shipped priority with insurance, some are packed professionally and shipped UPS ground. I ship jewelry and photos 1st class.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have a no refunds or exchanges policy for jewelry.
* Buyers have 30 days to exchange none jewelry or custom order items.
* I will offer replacements for wrong sizes or damage during transit.
* The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
* Custom orders can not be returned but if there is a problem I will work with
the customer to fix the issue.
