Thank you for visiting www.kateidesign.etsy.com! I appreciate your business and want each client to know that service is my most important policy, I'm designing for you and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Payment

Products will not ship until full payment is received.

Shipping

If you are in need of a shipping upgrade, have a deadline or have specific methods you would like me to use please message me and I will try my hardest to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

A refund will only be issued on a case by case basis.
- I am not responsible for what happens to the products I make once they are in the seller's possession
- I will not refund if the care instructions are not followed and the product becomes unusable
- If the product arrives damaged a full refund will be issued

I am happy to do custom work for any customer, please message me with your ideas and I would be happy to work with them to get exactly what you are looking for.

I also offer quantity discounts and/or wholesale prices if a business would like to carry my designs, please message me about these before purchase.
