Welcome

Welcome to Garner Creations! For years I have been an artist experimenting with different art media but have found that I especially enjoy Graphic Design and paper crafting. I welcome all special requests and love working on customized projects! If you are interested in something that you do not see in my shop please contact me through "Request Custom Item" and I will try to accommodate your needs.

Garner Creations business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and closed all major Holidays.

Payment

I currently only accept Paypal as payment. I am willing to consider other forms of payment on a case by case basis. If you wish to pay via another method, please contact me.

I expect payment within 3 days of purchase according to Etsy's policies. If you need longer to pay, please contact me to make arrangements. If you change your mind about your purchase, I understand, and would appreciate you letting me know. If you do not pay and do not contact me, negative feedback will be left for you.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days after payment clears. Some orders may take longer depending on quantity ordered. I currently ship via USPS First Class mail. I ship on Tuesday & Thursday however if you need your order rushed please contact me for availability. USPS Priority and insurance are available upon request. Please contact me for a quote for international shipping.


*** If your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses do not match this will delay shipping and I will contact you to verify the correct shipping address. Please verify that the correct address is on both Etsy and Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

**PRE-DESIGNED & HANDMADE CRAFTS: If you are not satisfied for any reason returns are accepted and I will give a full refund (minus shipping and listing fees) within 7 days of completed transaction. A refund will only be issued to the buyer when I receive the item and it is inspected. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

**PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS: These items are not returnable. I make every effort to verify and make sure that the item is made to the specifications of the buyer sending final proofs for approval before printing.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please only send photos or images that you hold copyrights to or that you have written permission to use from the photographer or designer. If you send me a photo or image, you agree that you are the photographer or designer and have written permission from the copyright holder to use. By submitting a photo or image, you take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted material and agree to not hold Garner Creations or any of Garner Creations representatives responsible for the misuse of the photo(s) or Image(s).
