Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal and personal check. If you wish to pay by personal check, please send me a conversation and I'll send you the address to which you should send the check. Personal checks must be received within 7 days of purchase or the sale will be canceled. Items will not ship until the check has cleared.

Shipping

Jewelry and small paintings and sculpture ship via USPS first class mail.

Larger sculptures and paintings that require a lot of padding ship via UPS ground within the US - for orders shipping outside the US, the item(s) will be sent via USPS. All items are carefully packed with lots of cushion to ensure safe delivery. Paintings and dolls are double-boxed and very well protected.

Your item(s) will ship between 1-3 business days after payment is received and/or your check has cleared.

*I re-use packaging from other shipments including boxes, bubble wrap and paper padding and use recycled materials when possible. Please re-use or recycle the packaging when you receive it! :)

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on any item within 30 days of receipt. If you're unhappy for any reason, I'll be happy to resolve it however I can.
