Payment

I accept Paypal, Money Orders & Credit Card Payments (via paypal -- no paypal account required for this). You may send cash if you wish, but it is at your own risk. I do not accept personal cheques at this time.

If paying via Paypal or Credit Card payment via Paypal, payment is due immediately upon placing your order. If paying via Money Order, please mail your payment within 3 days of placing your order and advise me that you have done so.

If additional time is required for you to submit your payment, I am very accomodating and patient, but please stay in contact with me in regards to your intentions of delayed payment, or your order may be cancelled.

Shipping

FLAT RATE SHIPPING -- Now you can order as much as you like and only pay:
$2.00 Shipping to Canada
$3.00 Shipping to USA
$6.50 Shipping Everywhere Else

To allow time for the crafting of your items, orders are shipped within 7 business days of cleared payment. This excludes large custom or wholesale orders (for these, you will be notified at the time you place your order, when you can expect it to be shipped). Please note: although we work really hard to try and have all orders shipped out within 7 business days, there are times when we are really busy and we need a few extra days to process your order. If you are in a rush for your order, please advise us at the time your order is placed, and we will do our best to accomodate.

Average Expected Delivery Time from date of Shipping:
US & Canada: 4 to 6 business days
International: 6 to 8 business days

All packages are shipped via Canada Post "light packet - airmail" service (unless otherwise stated). Please take into consideration that shiping delays can occur beyond my control after the package leaves my hands, and delivery times may be a little slower around holidays. However, it is MY responsibility to see that your order does arrive to you safely, and I will make sure that it does. The delivery times listed above are averages, based on past orders, and should be used as a guideline only.

***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Please allow atleast 15 business days prior to contacting me if a package has not yet arrived -- delays DO occur (ie customs, mis-routed, etc). Unfortunately it is something that neither you nor I can control, and sometimes patience is necessary.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back within 10 days for a full refund (less shipping costs). Item must arrive in same condition as it was sent out in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items that are custom made or personalized may not be elligible for return/refund, so they will be dealt with on a one-on-one basis.

If there was an error with your order due to a mistake on my part, you can be assured that I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation at no cost to you. Just give me a shout!

Additional Policies and FAQs

INQUIRIES FOR WHOLESALE & MONTHLY KIT CLUBS

Yes, I do wholesale discounts for bulk orders.
Minimum quantity is 3 of each item, with a minimum total order of $50. We need approximately 10 business days to complete wholesale orders before shipping. Please contact us with your inquiry for pricing.

Monthly Kit Club Owners: Yes, I do supply for monthly kit clubs upon request. My first priority is to those kit clubs that I have a prior commitment to. Other kit clubs will be supplied to on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact me the earliest that you can, prior to the kit release date to ensure your best chances of obtaining product.
