.Welcome to my international shop! All my items are done with care and love. I would like to make things that you like to wear with a smile in your face.
To do my items I have to think about it and make some sketches, then I love to use felt, cotton and decorations like appliques and beads.

Payment

• I accept Paypal only . It must be paid in 3 days.

.Payment is expected upon purchase. In the event of non-payment I will contact the purchaser, using both the Etsy convo system as well as the customer e-mail supplied. Non-response and non-payment will result in cancellation of the sale and re-listing of the item.

I ship worldwide from Barcelona (Spain) :)!

United States: $3.00($0.50)
Spain: $3.00 ($0.50)
Everywhere Else: $3.00 ($1.00)

.For Shipping Insurance send me a convo:
Spain: $2
Everywhere Else: $4

.Shipping Duration:
3-4 days Spain
6-8 days Europe
8-20 days United States and Australia (depending on destination and dates)

.If you need something for a special date, purchase it a month before.

.I will ship your purchase to the address that you write in Etsy.

Refunds and Exchanges

.If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me in 7 days after you got the item.

.I will refund your money (less shipping fees) upon return of the item in new condition. I only offer exchanges for Custom items upon return of the item in new condition. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.

.If an ordinary mail service package gets lost I CAN'T make responsable for that !
I recommend to buy insurance available in my shop.

***No legal obligation exists for sellers to accept returned items unless they are defective.

I always leave Feedback when the item it's recived and the transaction it's ended! Contact me before a bad feedback if you have any problem.

• Custom orders
I love custom orders!
Custom orders are usually same price (or less) as the items I have in my shop, you just need to convo me and ask me for what you want !! They will be made in 1 week.

.You can order a custom item from my shop.You can go to the Request Custom item too.

.They must be pay before I made them if they are more than $ 50! I only offer exchanges for Custom items. Say me your colors choices in the comments bar by purchasing the item.

- My items are form a non-smoking home
