Please take a minute to read my SHOP POLICIES for important ordering information

Payment

Payment:

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. After 24 hrs. if your payment hasn’t been received your order will be canceled and appropriate feedback will be left. I accept paypal, major credit cards, and money order in USD. You don’t not need a paypal account to use your credit card. If you are new to Etsy and need help with the checkout process please let me know, so I can send you a helpful guide. Occasionally paypal puts purchases in a “under review status for 24 hrs. I have never had a payment not clear after the 24hr period but I will let you know right away that it is “under review”, and again when it clears. If your payment is under review I will create your locket within 4-6 business days (mon-fri) after it has cleared. Unfortunately I am not excepting e-checks this year….primarily because I make everything to order, and it creates a lot of confusion.

Please note Indiana residents will be charged an additional 7% sales tax upon paypal checkout.

Shipping

Shipping:

All Items are made-to-order and will ship within 4-6 business days (mon-fri), usps, first class mail (supposed to be 5-7 business days), after the date of purchase. Lockets are made in the order received. Expedited shipping is available upon request for US residents only. These fees are in addition to the standard shipping rates…..priority is an additional $ 2.75 (suppose to be 2-3 business days) or express shipping is an additional $16.00 (1-2 business days) . Please send me a convo, so I can adjust the shipping rate for your listing. Expedited shipping does not mean that your order will be created faster than the 4-6 business days. My lockets take a while to make, and the creative process can’t be rushed. Lockets are made in the order received. There were a few occasions last year when first class shipping and priority shipping took longer than the average time frame…..luckily all packages arrived before Christmas but it was close. During the checkout process please make sure that your address is complete/correct….very important. My recommendation for international customers would be to make a purchase on or before 11/25, and US customers on or before 12/3.…This year my shop will be closed 12/17 for at least a few weeks. I will be out of state but will try and check my messages as often as possible.

I am not responsible for lost or stollen merchandise through the shipping process unless additional shipping insurance has been purchased...Please contact me for rates....Thank You

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I can be contacted through etsy convo for any questions or concerns. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me through the Etsy Convo system before feedback is left. I will gladly exchange your piece for another piece of equal or lesser value....(buyer is responsible for all shipping costs) If you choose to exchange your piece for a higher value piece an invoice with be sent to you for the difference. It's very important to me that my customers are happy...we can always work something out♥
