Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. Please be aware that after you purchase an item through Etsy, you still need to click the "Pay with Paypal" button in order to complete the process. I will also wait for E-checks to clear before an item is shipped.

All payments should be received within three days, please. If I have not received payment within one week and after contacting the customer, then I will cancel the transaction.

Shipping

I ship everything using USPS first class mail for U.S. and International destinations. I usually ship items within 1-2 business days. Doe & Mouse can not be held responsible for packages that go astray in the mail.

Shipping costs include an electronic delivery confirmation and tracking number for most U.S. destinations, except to ineligible locations. Please see the USPS site for details. Sorry, USPS tracking is not available for international destinations.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and return it in original condition within two weeks for a full refund (less shipping costs).

Coffee Sleeve sizing:

It's about the same size as a cardboard sleeve, but sometimes bigger given the stretch of fabric. All fabric has been pre-washed. Fits most 12, 16, & 20 oz paper to-go cups.
