Welcome

Hello and welcome to my Etsy! I was told it is wise to set some rules. I hope I never need them. I run this shop for fun, I love to play shop. I am not in it for the profits and I love it when people take an interest in my creations or vintage finds!

Payment

Please pay within three days after placing your order. If a paypal payment is not received I will contact you to inform what happened. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 5 days.

Shipping

I ship within three working days after payment. All my items are shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping fees reflect actual postage fees. I ship priority outside Europe and 'standard' in Europe to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
I don't offer insurance at the moment. Item ships overseas at the buyer's own risk.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping outside Europe and 1 week for shipping inside Europe.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have a 'fair use' policy for damages and losses. Please contact me when your item does not arrive, arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations. We will work something out.
