Welcome
All the clothes I sell have been designed and made by me. I never make more than 3 specimens of the exact same garment; I try hard to keep it this way, because this is what gives my creations their unique and special character.
All sold items leaving my home, will be wrapped in plastic in order not to get wet during their journey to your home. Furthermore, in order to unburden our environment a bit, I am using old paper and cardboard as much as possible.
Payment
Buyers without a European bank account can only use PayPal for payment. You can either do this by creating or using your PayPal account, or you could pay with your credit card without signing up for a PayPal account. A PayPal account can be made here (www.paypal.com) or you can also sign up for a PayPal account while purchasing an item.

I will also accept payment by bank transfer for European buyers. Please choose "Other" as your payment method and I will provide you with the necessary information.
I expect payment within three days. If you're having any problems paying, please let me know; we are always able to sort things out. When no payment is received I will try to contact you by sending a convo and an e-mail. When no response is received, I will give negative feedback and cancel the sale after a week.
Shipping
I ship worldwide !
*COMBINED SHIPPING*
For multiple item buyers I offer combined shipping.
*TIME FRAME*
All items will be shipped (with priority airmail) within four business days after receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated in my convo or email to you, or in my shop announcement. I use the services of the German postal system. International shipping can be very variable. Please allow 15 business days for an item to reach you before contacting me. In the worst case scenario your package will have a delay due to customs. If customs fees are levied, they have to be payed by you and I will not refund them.
*ADDRESS*
Please make sure your address on Etsy matches your address on PayPal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will ship to your Etsy-address.
Refunds and Exchanges
*EXCHANGES*
In general, all sales are final. If you feel you have a valid reason for wanting an exchange, contact me. In the case we do agree on an exchange, all additional shipping costs will be paid by you and the item must be returned in its original condition. Money refunds will not be made.
*LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES*
I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages or their content, and I will not refund. But please contact me because we can always find some sort of solution.

I’m open to custom orders! Maybe you want something in a different size, a different fabric or maybe you’ve got an idea you want to share. I will do my best to accommodate it.
