Hiya! Thanks so much for checking out my policies, and my SHOP, for that matter!! Everything I make here is original and one of a kind and I love to see my things go to a happy home to be used and loved! ^.^

Payment

I accept paypal, and promptness is always nice. =] If you want to reserve an item or break up your payments on an item, just message me about it and we can talk details. =]

Shipping

I ship very quickly, usually within 2-3 days of your purchase. I can upgrade the shipping to include insurance, be rushed, etc., just contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not do refunds/exchanges, but if you recieve your purchase and are unhappy with it for any reason, let me know and you can send it back and I'll give you full credit towards any future purchase.

If your purchase does not arrive, I will provide proof of shipment by showing the receipt from the day I shipped your package. I don't take responsibility for packages lost by the mail carrier.
